We will promptly handle your exchange or return, credit your charge card or send you a refund check. (Sorry, no returns on engraved or custom orders unless for a manufacturer's defect.) We carry ample supply of most of our products to allow many orders to ship within 48 hours.

SHIPPING
Our policy is to process and ship your order within 2 working days of receipt or notify you of any delay. Allow up to 10 working days for jewelry engraving and other custom orders. Allow up to 5 working days for Trophy engraving.

CANADIAN ORDERS
When ordering from CANADA, just enter your City & Province together in our city field on the order form and your Postal Code in our zip code field. Do not worry about our state field. There is currently a $5.00 service charge for shipments to Canada in addition to the normal shipping and handling charge.
